    Trio is a 3-wheeled AGV for factory shop-floor automation. This AGV is capable of autonomously moving materials from the store to the production line.

    The AGV has builtin intelligent control system aided by smart sensors and actuators to move autonmously with in-door positioning capability

    The robotic platform is modular and scalable to adapt to different customer needs for varying factory environments and payloads


     

    Functionality


    • Propelled by Brush-less DC (BLDC) motors for High-torque, absolute control and accuracy
    • Speed of 6-10km/hr varies based on environment and task
    • Integrated with various obstacle and proximity sensors for safety
    • Trio is powered by 48VDC Battery pack
    • A run-distance of at-least 80km per charge
    • carries weight up to 600kg
    • Interfaced to ERP for order-picking based on predefined locations
